"From start to finish this was the best experience I’ve ever had with a physician. I’ve been suffering from severe herniated discs and extreme pain. The office was competent, caring, and professional. They got me in within a week of my call. When I showed up for my first visit I was in the exam room so quickly I hadn’t even finished my new patient paperwork. The Assitant assured me that was no problem, that I just needed to finish it before I left. Dr. Crooks was in the exam room within about 10 minutes. He listened intently, was exceptionally compassionate and understanding, and had me scheduled for a much needed epidural procedure the very next day. Keep in mind I already had my MRI so this made the diagnoses much quicker. Office staff is very compassionate and respectful. I can’t say enough good about my experience. There are a lot of pain doctors in the Phoenix metro area. Look no further than Dr. Crooks and the entire crew at Pinnacle Pain & Spine. "
