"I told the MA what I was there for and it went in one ear and out the other. The PA-C was dismissive and talked to me like I was brainless. I let it slide; I repeated myself, specifying why I was there and what I wanted done. I called the next day to schedule a separate appointment to get a procedure done. I was told I could get it done at my follow-up appointment. Two weeks later, I'm at my follow-up appointment. I had to remind them about the procedure I wanted because no one noted it in my chart. They couldn't do the procedure because they didn't bother to order the product. Despite me knowing my medical history well, the PA-C continued to talk to me like I was simple-minded."
