Plastic Surgeons - Chandler, AZ

"My son called to inquire about a consultation. He couldnt even make it beyond the first phone call due to the front office being rude about a referral. I work in healthcare so I understand policies. However, rudely telling a patient that "there's nothing I can do for you without a referral" is beyond incomprehensible. There is no policy that I am aware of that states you cant guide patients in the right direction to obtain a referral and how the process works. The front staff is the "make it or break it" for any medical office. I am so glad that we were able to find a nicer provider elsewhere "

"I scheduled my appointment to remove the Lipoma on my forehead (for the 3rd time). I was not reminded to wear a mask in any interaction when scheduling or confirming my appointment so, I had forgotten to bring one and was not provided one but, told the Quik Trip across the street had them for sale. I proceeded to purchase one for $3.25 and returned for my Lipoma removal. Dr. Finkel came in and had an air about her, she acted very put out that this was my 3rd visit and came off like, eh there's not much I can do accept remove it again but, it will grow back and this is quite an inconvenience for me.....she then said, I would have to schedule a new appointment as, she was expected in surgery and how no time today (this is all of a 15 procedure in her office). I just got up and walked out. I am asking why did your office schedule appointment for my removal if you had surgery! I was not rude throughout my 20 minute trip to her 19th Avenue office and left beyond displeased with her directly. I read the few other comments on this site and found that other's with more severe scenarios were treated with the same " you are just inconveniencing me" bad attitude. I do not recommend her for lack of a good attitude and interaction with her patients. "
